This course has been made available through the efforts of the National Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (NJATC) for the Electrical Industry. The NJATC is jointly sponsored by the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW). Technical MathThe technical math course is a math review. It is not a study of electrical theory nor any specific topic covered in apprenticeship, and is in addition to the minimum classroom hours required for apprenticeship. Tech Math is designed to refresh math skills and to prepare the Journeyman or apprentice for the study of electrical theory, conduit fabrication, code calculations and other job skills which allow our members to be successful, productive and gainfully employed.
